was founded on July 19, 1999
in the dignified atmosphere of an establishment solemnly referred to as the "Tiki Hut", with the express agenda of thrilling, amusing, terrifying, enchanting, rocking, rolling, dazzling, and pretty much comprehensively delighting as many sentient (or quantifiably conscious) lifeforms as possible.

Cosmic Associates' story begins
way back in the late Twentieth Century, when its future creative executive partners, John Vincent Curtis and Raymond P. Avery, crossed paths at a fortuitous point-of-convergence in the impossibly vast SpaceTime Continuum, on an intriguing little planet in the Milky Way galaxy's offbeat Orion Spur...
Once Fate's profound mechanics brought them together they sensed there was a Greater Destiny awaiting them. They knew the strengths of their individual creativity, and the potential of their combined talents. They knew it was a good time to move their Cosmic keesters.
And thus it began ~ an exciting and dynamic new Creative Force had been,
well, created ~ and from that moment on the Universe was a changed place:
more interesting, more dangerous, and even weirder place than it was before.
The Nucleus had been formed; soon others would respond to the call, quickly rallying to the siren song of high adventure ~
